In the basement of Dr.Kanba's clinic, located in a bucolic landscape in a suburb of the City of Okayama, is the headquarters of AMDA International which looks like a "Thunder Bird" base where a great amount of information is collected from throughout the world. |

Registered Engineers for Disaster Relief) RED "R" is an organization comprised of engineers whose purpose is to support victims of disasters by providing their expertise. This organization, based i n Great Britain, sends its member (engineers of various fields) to disaster stricken areas. Employers of these engineers also back up their activities and allow them paid holidays. |
